In-house production across the full process
Highly automated and intelligent production equipment is the foundation and core of DASS’s world-class manufacturing capability. DASS’s R&D and manufacturing base is located in the Huiyang Embodied Intelligence Industrial Park, equipped with industry-high-standard R&D laboratories and precision intelligent production lines. The company invests continuously in upgrading and optimizing its production infrastructure to achieve high-standard, high-efficiency delivery. DASS has independently developed the MCSOP intelligent full-process manufacturing platform, realizing closed-loop independent production across the entire industrial chain — covering optics, circuits, mold injection molding, machinery, and software — making it one of the few original manufacturers in the industry with no outsourced assembly. From front-end processing and SMT placement to assembly, calibration, testing, and final packaging, DASS maintains strict quality control at every stage. The long-term operational yield reaches 99.97%, and the mass-production tolerance is only 5‰, fully meeting customers’ diverse demands for product performance, delivery time, and customization.
Production data made visible
Leveraging IoT and digital technologies, DASS’s digital workshop enhances the controllability of production processes, reduces manual intervention on the production line, and enables well-structured production planning and scheduling. The integration of intelligent production equipment with emerging technologies has built an automated, green, and digital manufacturing facility. The MCSOP intelligent full-process manufacturing platform transforms data streams into actionable information, driving production and optimizing logistics to form a fully automated, highly intelligent production line with integrated material, information, and control flows. Each work unit is equipped with digital dashboards, and raw materials are managed on a demand-driven basis, significantly improving product assembly and testing capabilities. Information-based full-process quality traceability elevates both product quality and production efficiency across the entire line, enabling over 3,000 standard models to be shipped the same day and customized products to be delivered within 7–15 days.
